Hey everyone,

are you stationed at the military base in Spangdahlem and looking for an off-base home?
Then we have an interesting offer for you, because we offer you a modern apartment with a balcony.

The building in which the apartment is located is in a quiet, idyllic residential area, not far from Spangdahlem (17 miles = 20 minute drive).

The total living space is about 88 square meters, so we offer:
2 bedrooms
a living room
a big kitchen with stove with hood, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator.
1 bathrooms with sink, toilet and shower
1 guest toilet
1 laundry room
1 balcony
2 parking spaces

Basic rent is 1.175 €, with electricity excluded. The tenant is responsible for this.
The additional costs for heating, water and garbage collection etc. are to be paid monthly in advance as usual in Germany. So the additional costs would be an additional 150 € per month.

So the total rent with electricity would be 1.325 € monthly for this apartment.
